For those of you who didn’t see the email yet, we are closed until further notice.
Last classes will take place on Monday night.
On Tuesday, we will be open for people to come in and gather their belongings from 7:30am-10:00am and 4:30pm-7:00pm. There will not be any workouts during those times. After that time the gym will be locked until we can re-open for everyone.
Re-open date is not set. We will have to wait to see what comes down from the State.
We have started a Private Facebook Page, “CFTR – AT HOME”. Please join and become active members of the group. We will be posting daily at home workouts.
If you don’t have Facebook – Please consider creating a basic account. Make a fake name “CFTR – 1” for example, and use the access to this page to your advantage. We will use the comment section as a virtual whiteboard.

100 Object Facing Burpees
Choose an object from your home you can jump over with two feet and get to work. Performed just like a Bar Facing Burpee.

40 Straight Leg Sit-ups
30 Mountain Climbers
20 Dead Bugs
