Part I. Death By…….Burpees
In the first minute, do 1 Burpee
Second minute, 2 Burpees
Third minute, 3 Burpees…
Continue until you fail to complete all the prescribed Burpees in that given minute.
Score = Total Full Rounds + additional Burpees
Part II. Not for time & in any order:
30 Strict Pull-ups
90sec Hollow Rock Hold
10 Air Squats – 10sec Down/10sec pause at bottom.
