2020 CrossFit Open Schedule

Thursday, October 10th – Monday, November 11th.

The 2020 Open is scheduled for the very beginning of the newly formatted season. It will have the same 5-week competition we have seen in previous years. Each week will have one workout announced on Thursday nights at 8:00pm and scores must be submitted by 8:00pm on Monday nights.

Updates coming soon about how we will host The Open and registration.

RockFit Schedule

This week only, our RockFit Class will meet on Tuesday morning at 10:45am instead of Wednesday. Friday’s class will remain as scheduled. Thanks!
