To All of Our Members:
As the information about the Corona virus continues to evolve, we want to update our members on our plan to keep our community healthy.
First and foremost, the recommendation from the CDC and WHO has been to maintain proper hand washing, getting adequate sleep, regular exercise, cover your mouth while sneezing or coughing and perhaps most importantly, if you’re feeling ill, stay home.
As we all know, exercise is a cornerstone of our physical and mental health and we are planning to stay open for the foreseeable future.
We will be asking our members to comply with the following:
- When you arrive to the gym, please take a moment to wash your hands with soap and warm water for 20sec. If you have children with you, please wash their hands as well.
- If you or your children are feeling sick, we kindly ask you to stay home.
- Please wipe down all the equipment you use in class.
- Greet others with a wave or a fist bump as opposed to handshakes and kisses.
Our cleaning company and staff have adjusted their schedule to accommodate more frequent cleanings and use of appropriate products. We will be allotting time at the end of each class so all attendees have time to adequately clean any used equipment.
