Vitality is a program for 55+ year old
Vitality is a strength and conditioning class for aging adults (55+) looking to make positive changes to their health and fitness. The only prerequisite is to be an older adult looking to get healthier and have fun doing it. Vitality is also for individuals who are looking to increase strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, cardio vascular health and everyday functionality.
We will meet twice every week; Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 11:00am – 12:00pm.
Every class will include a warm-up, strength training component, conditioning circuit as well as nutritional guidance.
