Down to 1 Burpee.
Buckle up. This is 210 Burpees and 8,000m of Running.
Easy way to modify is to start at a lower burpee count.
15 ->1 Burpees = 120 Burpees & 6,000m Run.
10 ->1 Burpees = 55 Burpees & 4,000m Run.
You can also reduce the running distance each round. A lap at a standard track is 400m. Go to your local track or find a similar route near your home.
