The Rock Barbell Club will meet tonight at 6:30pm.


We would like to respectfully ask all members to please refrain from chewing gum in the gym especially on the gym floor. Over the past few weeks we have had to remove chewing gum from the bottom of the rig. Scrape if off of the mats in a few different places, Remove it from the screw holes on the wood walls, as well as numerous places on the floor in one of the bathrooms. It was also found underneath the coffee table and on the bench in the kids area.

We ask that you all no longer chew gum on the workout floor because of a few who chose to dispose of it improperly and unsanitarily. We work hard to keep the gym clean, it is a big space with plenty of people using it on a daily basis. If we all just treated it as our own special place to escape the grind of daily life. We would not have to ask something like this of you and we would all enjoy a better over all experience when using the gym.

– 20 Dumbbell Facing Burpees
– 40 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
– 60 Double Unders
