Masters Qualifier Weekend!

This weekend, Friday to Monday, Janice Moone, John Provost & Suz Umstatter will be competing in the Age Group Online Qualifier. This is the second stage of the CrossFit Games for all Masters and Teens athletes. 

Only the Top 200 worldwide in each age bracket have advanced to this stage after the CrossFit Open back in March. This is a one weekend competition with five different workouts.

Workouts are released Thursday night at 8:00pm and must be completed and submitted by Monday at 8:00pm.

Only the Top 10 in each division will advance to the CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin.

We will post one of the workouts as our WOD for Friday and most likely a different one again on Sunday. So, the post will be up a little late on Thursday night.

Dumbbell Row – 6 Sets of 8/arm

Alternate completing sets of Strict Presses and Dumbbell Rows.
