Summer Schedule Update
We will no longer have CrossFit Teens on Friday nights at 6:30pm. Instead we will move the last class up to the 6:30pm time slot.
Friday Afternoon Class Schedule: 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm.
We will not have a 11:00am class on Saturday’s. Instead we will move Open Gym up to 11:00am.
Saturday Class Schedule: 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am & 10:00am Classes, 11:00am Open Gym.
These summer adjustments will end when the School year resumes in September.

Odd: 30sec Strict Pull-ups
Even: 10 Single Arm KB Front Squats (55/35) – 5/Arm
Part II. 15min AMRAP:
– 15/12 Cal Bike
– 12 Dead Lifts (185/125)
