New Macro Challenge
We will be running a new Macronutrient Challenge beginning in Early September and continuing into November.
In this challenge we will take weights and measurements from each participant and focus your nutritional intake to meet your individual goals. This is a great way to learn to eat balanced meals every day and to provide your body with enough fuel for exercise but not store excess body fat.
