Happy Labor Day!

We will have 8:00am & 9:00am classes today.

With a partner, 30min Clock:
A) Row for Calories (switch every 25/20 Cals)
B) AMRAP:
– 5 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
– 10 Push-ups or HSPU
– 15 Med Ball Front Squats

*At the 0, 10 & 20min marks, Run 500m with your partner.

Partners will Run each 500m together. Once inside, they will alternate rowing and completing rounds of the AMRAP. They will switch every 25/20 Cal on the rowers and pick up where their partner left off on the AMRAP.
