Fall Schedule Updates

RockFit

We are expanding our RockFit schedule in the coming weeks. We will be adding two more RockFit classes with Coach Kara. One on Monday’s at 10:45am and one on Saturday’s at 11:00am.

The first Saturday RockFit class will be this Saturday, September 7th at 11:00am.

The first Monday RockFit class will be on Monday, September 16th at 10:45am.

After the 16th, our weekly RockFit Schedule will be as follows:
Monday’s @ 10:45am
Wednesday’s @ 10:45am
Friday’s @ 10:45am
Saturday’s @ 11:00am

We will not have a CrossFit Class on Monday’s at 10:30am beginning on September 16th.

Open gym on Saturday’s will move to 12:00-1:00pm.

Friday Class Schedule

We are going to be adding back our 7:30pm CrossFit class on Friday evening’s and the 6:30pm hour will go back to CrossFit Teens beginning this Friday, September 6th.
