The 2020 Open begins in 2 Days!!

Click HERE to register. It’s only $2o and will take less than 5min.

We will be hosting heats for each Open WOD on Saturdays starting at 9:30am. A heat list and sign-up sheet will be up on Fridays once we know what the workout is. We will host a make-up time slot on Mondays at 6:30pm for anyone who cannot make Saturdays.

– 200m Run
– 12 Toes-to-Bar

22min Cap.

Sub 12/9 Cals on Bike for Run.

Part II. 10min Recovery Bike or Row. Sustainable and consistent pace for all 10min.
