Heats are up on the whiteboard for 20.1. If you haven’t already signed up for a heat, please do so when you arrive.

As most of you know, each athlete will have a judge for 20.1 to verify reps, range of motion, etc. Every athlete should be prepared to judge the heat following their own. So if you are going in heat one, you will be judging another athlete in heat 2. This will ensure that heats can move smoothly and everyone has an opportunity to do the Open WOD. Thank you!

Classes today at 7:00am & 8:00am only. Class workout is 20.1.

Rock Endurance will meet on Sunday morning at 8:00am at the SOUTH SIDE MIDDLE SCHOOL track. Not the high school.

Each lap of the Middle School track is about 350m.

Special Event on Saturday 10/12!

After so many people were good to us, we want to give back. Joseph’s Jam Sesh is an afternoon of fun, food, music and drinks to celebrate all the wonderful groups who helped our family bring Joseph home. In January of 2018, a random blood clot caused Joseph’s amniotic sack to rupture. He was born weighing just 1 pound, 8 ounces. Joseph is now a 17 month old happy, chubby and funny little boy who has a tracheostomy and breathes with the assistance of a ventilator. We hope to wean off that ventilator as the year progresses but the groups that helped our family get him safely home from the hospital certainly deserve some recognition.

Join us Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 3 to 7 PM at Junction LBNY for an open bar and buffet ($75/person) where you will get to hear some amazing music by Dennis Kelly & The Dippers, Dave Kellan, as well as a few acts yet to be named!

10 Rounds for Time:
– 8 Ground to Overhead (95/65)
– 10 Bar Facing Burpees

15min Cap.

Ground to Overhead reps can be performed as a Clean & Overhead or Snatch.

Burpees can be Step-in/Step-out. Must be a two foot take off for every burpee rep. Any single leg take off or touching the bar on the jump and the entire rep must be repeated.
