Bring a Friend Day is on Saturday, August 31st.
All classes on Saturday (7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am & 10:00am) will be set-up for Bring-a-Friend. We will be doing a partner workout that will be sure to be appropriate for new athletes but also challenge all our experienced members.
All Drop-ins are free on Saturday as well. Bring a buddy or come check out CrossFit The Rock yourself. All are welcome.
