Macro Challenge Update
We will be hosting more initial assessments on Thursday. These assessments only take about 10min and will provide us with the information needed to establish your individualized macro numbers.
Please come in on Thursday between 7:00-10:00am or between 6:00-7:00pm.

Saturday Schedule
On Saturday we will have 7:00am & 8:00am classes only. We will not have RockFit or Open Gym either. The gym will close promptly at 9:15am.
A large portion of our coaching staff will be competing at Flex on the Beach on Saturday.
Flex is a CrossFit competition held on the sand in Long Beach. The first events begin at 10:00am and last rotation will end around 4:00pm.
Please come down and show some support for fellow members and coaches who are participating. The event takes place on the beach at Edwards Boulevard in Long Beach.
