The 2020 CrossFit Open will begin on Thursday, October 10th at 8:00pm with the announcement of 20.1.
The CrossFit Open is the first stage in the CrossFit Games season that eventually leads to the CrossFit Games in August. This event is designed for CrossFitters of all skill and experience levels. There are scaled and masters divisions for modified workouts each week.
This year we will be hosting heats for each workout on Saturdays beginning at 9:30am. We will post the Open Workout on Saturdays for our 7:00 & 8:00am classes and then the rest of the morning will be for The Open. We will not have heats on Fridays or Sundays. There will be a make up time at 6:30pm on Mondays for anyone unable to make it on Saturday.
The goal of this schedule change is to have a more community driven event at one time each week. We will set-up heat times for Saturdays that can be signed-up for each Friday, once we know the workout.
While these workouts can be challenging, they’re also a lot of fun to compete in and we hope to have a big crowd each week.
