CrossFit Kids & CrossFit Teens Summer Programs

Looking for something fun for your kids to do this summer? Check out one of our many CrossFit Kids classes! Lets keep those kids and teens active over the summer!

Classes begin July 2nd and run till August 30th

Sports Performance Program – 12 – 17yr olds
Tuesday’s

Preschool – 3 – 5yr olds
Wednesday’s
12:15pm – 12:50pm

Kids – 6 – 12yr olds
Wednesday’s
1:00pm – 2:00pm

Teens – 13 – 17yr olds
Wednesday’s – 2:15pm – 3:15pm
Friday’s – 1:15pm – 2:15pm
