Rock Endurance will meet at 8:00am on Sunday morning at South Side High School. 

5 Rounds:
– 5min For Distance
Rest Walk 3min

Goal: Consistency across the five rounds. No one of these rounds should be higher intensity than the others. Try to cover the exact same distance on all five rounds. If anything, start slower than you think you need to.
